2019 Annual Report

Sacred Heart School is situated within the Shire of Mundaring, approximately 35 kilometres east of the Perth CBD.

We are a co-educational Catholic primary school with enrolments from kindergarten to year six, providing a Catholic education to our community. Our Mission is to strive for educational excellence encompassing the spiritual, intellectual, social, physical, emotional, religious and creative development of our students.

Parents and staff celebrate the uniqueness of our students by providing a child-centred approach, which engages the learner through enriched, high-order thinking strategies where children want to learn and are able to succeed and reach their full potential.

Strategic Plan 2020 – 2022

This document is organised around four key elements established by the Catholic Education Commission of Western Australia (CECWA):

  • Learning;
  • Engagement;
  • Accountability; and
  • Discipleship (LEAD).

It outlines the school’s strategic priorities and the outcomes against which our performance will be measured.
